J. A. (Jay) Lesemann, Jr., CPA (NC CPA # 21369) is Managing Member of Lesemann & Associates, PLLC – Certified Public Accountants in Huntersville, NC. For over 20 years, he has worked with organizations ranging in sales of $400,000 to $2 billion. Jay has held the positions of CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Director of Information Technology with both private and publicly held companies. This includes four (4) years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. in their Management Consulting Services group where he worked with multi-national companies to re-engineer their business processes and implement new financial systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, MAPICS, etc.).
